;Initial (First Serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance to this product, combine 1/2 scoop of Gold Feast with 120 ml of water for a tangy/sweet shake or 240 ml for a refreshing shake, mix with a spoon, and consume it anytime. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directions for Regular Use: Add 2 Scoops of Gold Feast into 600-960 ml of cold water, and consume it whenever you intake of energy and nutrients may not be adequate to meet your requirements. Make sure to mix the powder with a spoon as shaking it will cause a foam to appear on the surface. Consume at least 4 L of water per day.
