Directions for Regular Use: Add 2 Scoops of Gold Feast into 20-32 oz of cold water, and consume it whenever you need a healthful meal. Make sure to mix the powder with a spoon as shaking it will cause a foam to appear on the surface. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
