When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount. Can be taken anytime, with or without food.
How to Prepare: Place powder in approx. 1 oz of hot water. Watch it fizz! Stir well until dissolved. Fill glass with warm or cold water. You can also simply add Kid's Formula Calm to a glass or bottle of cold water. Use only as directed.
