Organic whole grain yellow corn flour, organic whole grain wheat flour, organic enriched white flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), buttermilk powder (buttermilk, whey), organic whole grain bn rice flour, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), organic whole grain rye flour, sodium bicarbonate, sea salt.

Pancakes You will need:
(Makes 6-5" Pancakes)
3/4 cup Arhead Mills Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 tbsp. Hain Canola
Oil
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. milk, WestSoy Soymilk or WestSoy Rice Milk or water.
- Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
- Cook on preheated (375°F-400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry.
For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
Suggested variations: Stir in one or more of the following into the batter just before cooking: 1/4 cup fresh berries, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
