;Dr. Jonathan Wright's FemRatio contains high amounts of special compounds—specifically, indole-3-carbinol (I3C), diindolylmethane (DIM) and ascorbigen (AG)—found in the Brassica vegetable family. Studies have shown that eating higher levels of these vegetables—including cabbage, broccoli, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, mustard, rutabaga and turnip—can help protect against estrogen-sensitive hyperproliferation.
