Combine 1-2/3 cups water, rice, seasonings and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat and steam with lid on for 10 minutes. Stir. Salt to taste.

Heat 1-2/3 cups water in a 2-qt. casserole with a lid at HIGH for 3-5 minutes, until boiling. Add seasoning packet, rice and 1 teaspoon oil to boiling water. Cover with lid. Cook at MEDIUM-LOW for 18-20 minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Stir Salt to taste.
