;It is recommended that Nutri-Firm Oil be applied twice daily for a minimum of 4 weeks. It should be massaged in a circular motion until fully absorbed. During pregnancy, Nutri-Firm Oil should be applied from the start of the second trimester to areas that are prone to stretch marks such as abdomen, breasts, lower back, buttocks, and hips and thighs.
