We prepare our Cardamom Extract from the whole seed capsules (with seeds) of Elettaria cardamomum plants which are Certified Organically Gn without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
To assure optimal extraction of Cardamom's bioactive compounds, the seed pods are hand-harvested only when fully matured, are carefully shade-dried, and are then shipped directly to our laboratory for prompt extraction.
Our Cardamom is never fumigated, irradiated or bleached
