Organic evaporated cane juice, gourmet flour blend (fine white rice flour, millet flour, imported chestnut flour, potato starch), cocoa powder (alkalized), buttermilk powder, pure vanilla powder, baking soda, xanthan gum and himalayan pink salt.

Additional Ingredients Needed:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup water
Prepare
Preheat over to 350F. Lightly grease square cake pan or use parchment paper, trimmed to fit bottom of pan.
Mix
Place contents of Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) packet in large mixing bowl. Cream ECJ and butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time to ECJ mixture and beat until blended. Scrape down bowl.
Reduce electric mixer speed to slow. Alternately add the bn Flour blend packet and water into wet mixture and blend. Blend thoroughly but Do Not Overmix. Batter should be fairly thick. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake immediately.
Bake
Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
High Altitude Directions: Bake at 375°.
Serving Ideas
Add your favorite nuts or chocolate chips before baking. Top with your favorite chocolate frosting, fresh berries or with vanilla bean ice cream. Enjoy!
