What You Need:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Water
1 Prep- Heat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease or spray cookies sheets.
2 Mix- Combine 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 2 tablespoons water. Add Cookie mix and blend well by hand or with an electric mixer.
3 Bake- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until tops start to turn a light, golden bn. Make about 2 dozen 3 inch cookies.
