How to use: Prepare fresh fruits or vegetables by scrubbing, pairing or peeling, and removing seeds. Cut food into small pieces or thin slices first. Place food to be used in large compartment of bowl. Place small amount of food in smaller compartment over textured surface. Use bottom of spoon to grind food. Test for smoothness by rubbing a small amount of food between your fingers. Add liquids such as formula, water or juice to get the desired consistency. If food is not being used right away, refrigerate quickly.
