Add 2 oz. of shrimp, 1/2 carrot
(sliced), 2 tomatoes (quartered),
1/2 onion (sliced). Mix well.
Add 7 oz. of plain cooked rice,
stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add 1 tsp fish sauce and
1 tbsp oyster sauce.
Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
