Initial (first serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine ½ scoop of STIMino with 3-5 oz. of cold water and consume it 30 minutes before your workout. Shake well before drinking. If you experience and unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directions For Regular Use: Combine 1-2 scoops of STIMino with 8-16 oz. of cold water, and consume it 30 minutes before your workout. Shake well before drinking. For best results, STIMino should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least 1 gallon of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
