;For regular pancakes: In a bowl combine 1 egg, 3/4 cup water, club soda or milk and 1 tbsp oil. Add 1-cup pancake mix. Beat well until batter is smooth. Drop on preheated med/high griddle. Fry until golden bn on both sides. Add fruit for variety.
For waffles: In a bowl combine 1 cup water, 1 egg, 3 tbsp oil and 2 cups mix. Use your waffle iron directions for bake cycle.
