You will need
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp water
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Combine egg (slightly beaten), water and butter in a mixing bowl. Add contents of package.
- Using a wooden spoon, stir until uniformly mixed. Dough will be thick.
- Shape into 1" balls. If desired, roll in sugar. Please 2 inches apart on cookie sheet
- Flatten each cookie slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges of cookie are set and tops are dry.
- Let cookies set for 1 to 2 minutes before moving to rack to cool.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
