Pancakes
You will need:
(Makes 6 -5" Pancakes)
3/4 cup Arhead Mills Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 tbsp. Hain Canola Oil
3/4 milk, WestSoy Soymilk, or Rice Dream Rice Drink or water
- Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
- Cook on preheated (375°F - 400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry.
For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
Serving Suggestion: Stir in the following just before cooking: 1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple & 1/4 cup toasted coconut.
Waffles
You will need:
(Makes 6 waffles)
1 cup Arhead Mills Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 egg, beaten or egg substitute
1 tbsp. Hain Canola Oil
1 tbsp. honey
3/4 cup milk, WestSoy Soymilk, or Rice Dream Rice Drink or water
- Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
- Cook according to waffle maker's instructions.
Serving Suggestions: Stir in 1/2 cup fresh blueberries just before cooking.
